Tall Speckled Dog Bowl - Long Eared Dog Bowl
Do your dog's ears get wet when they drink? Worry no longer! These Heart Paw bowls will help prevent your dog's ears from getting wet while drinking.

Color and Personalization box pops up after you click “add to cart”. Please add your color choice there and a name if you selected a bowl with a name. Please note there are different prices for items.
TIMEFRAME:
All custom order items are made to order and take 4-5 weeks to complete. I don't give updates because of the amount of orders I make each month but feel free to message me if you have questions about the pottery making process! I'm happy to answer questions. This time frame is not guaranteed due to the unpredictability of amount of orders and unforeseen circumstances with potential kiln repairs. Please allow for some variation in time, thank you!

DIMENTIONS:
Bowl Size Details (WILL VARY SLIGHTLY)
3inches tall
4-4.5 inches wide at the top
5-5.25 inches wide at the base
(Clay batches vary from the company I use due to material shortages, so some batches have slightly higher shrinkage rates that others)
***No two bowls are exactly alike as they are handmade individually! I am an artist, not a machine haha. <3 Please note that speckles in the clay, shrinkage rate, and glaze colors may also vary due to variables beyond my control. All materials are made by different companies and they issue the same information to us artists as well.
The top of the bowl is more narrow as to help prevent your dog's ears fall in and get wet. *not a guaranteed fix but it definitely helps my dog's ears. stay dry while drinking!
*Each bowl is handmade and may variety slightly in size and color. Handmade with love and care! If you ordered a bowl and are reordering know that the bowls will NOT match exactly.
OLDER BOWL VERSIONS:
I've had this listed before in my other bowl orders and this one but I'm updating it and putting it towards the top so everyone can see. Some of my older versions of bowls are taller and narrower than the ones I make now. I got a lot of wonderful feedback from clients who said that their dogs would benefit from a shorter and slightly wider top on the bowl.
So please note that all bowls made from 2022 and 2023 are the updated versions! if you purchased a bowl before 2022 and would like it to match or be similar to the one you made, please reach out to me first before placing an order. The sizing is accurately listed in this listing for tall bowls and has been since 2022 when I made the changes, but I just wanted to update it here so everyone knows!

DISHWASHER AND MICROWAVE SAFE:
All materials I use for my ceramics, glazes and clays, are food safe! Bowls were made in mind for the safety of your pet and for durability. Color will not fade over time. Please note the color of the glaze and bowl may vary slightly from photos of the website caused by factors such as your brightness and color settings on your device. Much prettier in person!
PERSONALIZATION:
It will take me 3-4 weeks to complete your order. Thank you for your patience. You can make your bowl blank, with a bone or paw, or a name. Or both - a paw or bone with a name! Totally up to you!
*The clay I use is an off-white with speckles in it. The color you select is the glaze color that goes on the inside of the bowl. I match the color of the inside with the paw on the outside. If you choose white for your glaze, the heart on the paw will be red so you can see it against the white clay body.
Each bowl holds about 3 cups of water and the ceramic keeps it colder longer. Dishwasher safe and pet approved! (My spaniels loves theirs!)
Whatever you put in the personalization area of your order, and whatever color you choose that is what I will use to customize your bowl.
TIMING:
All custom orders will be made by what you select in the options while ordering. This includes glaze colors, designs, etc. If you message me with a change please do so within 48 hours after purchase. If you make an order with a personalization but a different request in a "message to seller" in the same order I cannot guarantee I will make those changes. I go by what you type out in your personalization area, including what you select first for glaze colors. Unless I receive a message within your order specifying what you would like instead of the options I have available I will not message you to follow up with any additional questions. Lovingly made by hand in my pottery studio. Each bowl is thrown individually on my pottery wheel. This makes them each unique and their own little works of art! Please know that I do my best to make sure each bowl is thrown the same way and size but no two are exactly alike and may vary slightly in shape, color, and size due to them being handmade.
***Please note pottery takes time, it will take me at least 3-4 weeks to complete your order. Please no excessive email about ETA. If I run into an issue with your piece or my process I will reach out to you and let you know. I try to be as diligent as possible but with many variables it's difficult to control equipment issues, etc. Thank you for understanding!
Material Information:
All materials used in my studio are food safe. No lead or heavy metals have ever been used in my studio or kilns. The companies I purchase my materials from have safety guidelines: I use mid to high fire stoneware clays which are also food safe.
